Awesome store! The produce is beautiful! It's all fresh. I've never seen any produce there that was going bad or looked old. It's a little expensive but well worth the quality. They also have a lot of organic produce too. The deli is amazing. There's a huge selection of salads, meats and cheese and a variety of prepared sandwiches and meals that you just heat and eat. They have different kinds of granola, nuts and unique candy that is sold by the pound out of self serve dispensers. The bakery case is full of beautiful, fancy cakes and desserts that are sold by the slice. There have delicious cookies and other desserts as well. Then there's the meat department. I'm not a real big meat eater but their meat case was making me hungry. Everything was super fresh. There were a lot of seasoned and marinated meats that just needed to be cooked. They also have fresh seafood that looked great and there was no smell of fish in the air. I've been in some stores that carry seafood and it stinks like fish but not here. The workers are always nice and helpful. It's a great store!
Totally disagree with comments about the staff being unfriendly and not helpful. I have found them extremely helpful in finding items, in the bakery and in meat department and good with wine options. The cashiers have always been nice. Only borderline area is the deli staff... Not as friendly. The best thing is the store is calm... Shopping is relaxing. Not a store for every purchase but definitely best for certain purchases.
I’ve recently visited The Fresh Market for the first time and I had the best customer service experience ever. I went to the bakery and I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by a young lady named Jo. She was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate her help and service. I will not hesitate to visit this store and tell my friends about it. Thank you Jo and Thank you Fresh Market for hiring people like her.
Fresh food choices at deli/lunch counter. Not cheap but here you can find some specialty items. Glad they're here.
Very slow service, out of date product. The butcher doesn't wash his hands and the sewer leaked into the produce department and cleaned up improperly. Don't buy anything you plan to put in your mouth here.
